Marcelo Figueiredo e Silva (he/him) is a DE&I and allyship enthusiast, always bringing a holistic, multidisciplinary and inclusive approach to his life and work. At Greenhouse Software, he is the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Allyship (IDEA) Programme Manager, having joined the company in 2021. As part of his responsibilities, Marcelo leads the ERG (Arbors) Leadership program; Self-ID Campaign; IDEA onboarding, consultancy and other IDEA-related topics.

Holding post-graduation and Master’s degrees in Human Rights and Bachelor’s degrees in International Business and Law – combined with his 15-plus years of work experience in law, the non-profit sector and tech — Marcelo has a unique blend of skills that bring a valuable perspective to this year’s Diversity Inclusion Tech Awards.
